[MCPE-223089] Sun no longer shows its rays when it rises or sets in Simple or Fancy graphics modes

The sun in fancy and simple graphic settings no longer shows its rays when it rises or sets, it's not as beautiful as before the previous update, so please fix this.

Can confirm, and as additional information, this halo effect around the sun and moon is missing not only during sunrise and sunset, but rather disappearing entirely. That is, normally there should always be a halo effect around the sun and moon under fancy or simple graphics. For evidence, here is a screenshot taken during daytime in 2023.

Can confirm as of 1.21.100 version. It’s hard to tell if it’s intednded or not. Nonetheless, the modern sun looks very dull, same goes for the moon, but not to the same extent.
