1. Put a firefly bush on a grass block.

2. Inside the firefly bush, put four layers of snow.

3. Now pour water on top of the block of firefly bush with layers of snow.

Expected results:

You get the firefly bush item.

Observed results:

You no get the firefly bush item

It happens with any layer of snow.
