Multi-player skins not working

Every server I join I can't see anyone's skin but my own, it's really annoying when you can't tell who is who and having to rely on name tags alone I've turned off trusted skins only and even deleted the app and re-download it like others suggested and nothing has worked. I've also checked an I have a low ping normally so it's not that. The photos are from the hive but this is every server along with friends realms. This wasn't a problem before updating and it's extremely frustrating that it is now.
