I play with my friend in my world and before the update he could see my skin normally, but now he can't see them. This problem happens with character creator skins and with classic skins, both the ones you upload yourself to the game and the ones you get in the marketplace. Have an Android player join
Have the Android player look at the other player’s skin
Observed Results:
The other player’s skin appears as Steve or a different default skin.
Expected Results:
The other player’s equipped skin should be shown.

He does have the option enabled, he also tried to disable, enable and rejoin. He could see my skin for a moment, but then after a while he saw me again with a default skin (It should be clarified that he saw me again with Skin Default again without leaving the world, It was after he moved away from my position and came back that he saw me again with Skin Default)
In the latest bugfix (1.21.92) this bug is still happening. To add a little extra information, the skin when first joined does come to load but after a while you will see the default skin instead of the skin that I have. This is more likely to happen if he moves away from me and then when we get closer again he'll see my skin bug again

As stated in the description, the issue occurs with character creator skins, Marketplace skins, and imported skins.
It happens with all skins, I don't know yet why it happens, but when my friend joins my game he can see it but after a while he stops seeing it properly.

I'm also affected by this bug. Since version 1.21.90, all other players appear as Steve in multiplayer. This happens on servers like Hive and CubeCraft, and also in my friends' worlds. My own skin loads fine, but I can't see custom skins from other players.
I play on mobile (Android) and my Microsoft account is connected correctly. This issue started in 1.21.90, briefly disappeared in 1.21.93, but came back again in 1.21.94. It really affects the multiplayer experience.
Please fix this issue in the next Bedrock update. Thank you!
Does your friend have the "Only Allow Trusted Skins" option enabled in Settings > General? If so, can they see your skin if they disable it and rejoin the world?
