everybodies skin gets changed to Steve or default skin

Hi Mojang.

Whenever I join minecraft or I join any server. Everything, the skin changes to default or Steve skin for other players and in multiplayer world also.I am not able to see custom skin. I am bored by seeing Steve and default skins. My friends are not having his issue. But, i dont know why iam i having.And, this issue is happening since 2 month. I also reported this issue to hive and lifeboat. They are saying to contact mojang. I request u to see this issue and fix it. My gamertag- POOP90000000610
