Can't see my friends' skins even filter is off.

Searched any possible way to fix related to the summary, i’ve tried uninstall and install twice without data and with data, cleared storage in minecraft in-game, my friends have filter deactivated, changing skins many times and no add-ons (or mods), any of these worked or bave any progression as i only see steve, no alex skins. Changing the arms slim or normal also didn't work, only works with myself as i can see my skin, but my friends can see mine and themselves with a skin.
