Custom and official skin packs are not rendered

In 1.21.90 and 1.21.93 there is a visually annoying bug on the custom skin packs and official skin packs, the skins do not render or load when playing a world, realms or server. When you move long distances or when a player enters, the skin of the player or friend is removed and replaced with Steven's skin. I already tried uninstalling my Minecraft and reinstalling it and it is not solved. I hope they fix that. That also happens on this platform.
