Can't rotate the camera while using any button on touch screens

Normally, when im using the break button on the ui i was able to rotate my camera freely while breaking a block or attacking, and the same case with the placing button, which is a very important feature on mobile, but after the chase the skies update, i can no longer do that which means that if im breaking or placing a block i can't look around while doing it, i can only look at the place that i was looking at when touching the button, And not only did this bug made build or breaking 10× harder on mobile, but it also destroyed any chance of winning a pvp in an online server because of the huge advantage that other non mobile players has now because of this bug, I hope that this bug won't be ignored and will be fixed asap because online pvp games are now simply unplayable, And thank you
