Vibrant Visuals sky not rendering correctly

Steps To Reproduce: Not really any, except checking on similiar hardware

System Specs:

Acer Aspire 3 A315-42

CPU Ryzen 3200U

GPU: Radeon Vega 3, 2GB VRAM, Latest Drivers Installed

RAM: 20GB Installed, 18 Available

Game Settings:

  • Brightness doesn’t affect sky

  • Deffered Render Distance 8

  • Shadow Quality Low

  • Bloom 100%

  • Fog: Low

Expected Result: Sky appears normal, rendering blue and not washed out, jagged edges around object in the distance don't appear

Observed Result:

Sky in vibrant visuals does not render correctly, being extremely washed out and white, even in the night.

Doesn’t matter world or version (preview or full release) the sky is extremely messed up, and completely breaks vibrant visuals
