Cannot move the screen while attacking or placing blocks

Since the latest update (1.21.92), the attack and place buttons no longer allow simultaneous movement of the screen.

I used to be able to attack or place blocks while dragging the screen to look around, but now I have to lift my finger from the attack/place button and use another finger to move the camera.

This makes combat and building very uncomfortable on touch controls.

Please fix this issue, as it was not present in previous versions.
