Action and Stuff Wont Activate

After the Happy Ghast update, my action and stuff package wont be activated at all. I tried reinstalling, nothing happened. I have unpacked, nothing happened. Please help me solve this. I paid for that pack and because of Happy Ghast update I cant use it? Also a lot of players turned to experience the same thing as me.
