[MCPE-223374] When booting up the game will be a delay to load the menu everytime you open the game.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open minecraft bedrock edition

Expected result

The game should load instantly

Actual result

The game will take a long time to be loaded the menu.

Update: this bug i reported started appearing in update 1.21.90 before of this version there will be not this bug.
