The game stops processing every few minutes.
Meaning: You can still move around the world — you can walk, break blocks, and so on. However:
You cannot open inventories.
You cannot hit entities or players.
When breaking blocks, there are no sounds or block break animations.
From other players’ point of view, it looks like you are not moving and are stuck in one position.
This bug causes:
On Realms:
Not too much most of the time — you just have to wait a few seconds and the game usually works fine again.
Sometimes you get kicked out of the Realm with a message like “Lost connection” or similar.
On servers (like The Hive):
You may get teleported back to the position you were in before the bug occurred, especially if you moved around while the bug was happening.
If you’re unlucky, you might get kicked from the server, sometimes because the server thinks you were flying (for example, if the game stopped processing while you were falling or jumping).
How to reproduce:
This is one of those bugs that’s hard to reproduce consistently.
I experienced it on my PC (Windows 11).
I have a relatively strong internet connection.
It seems you just need to join a server and wait until it happens.
Observed behavior:
The game stops processing.
You can still walk around and break blocks, but you cannot interact with entities.
When the bug ends, everything you did during the bug is processed all at once — for example, all the block break sounds and animations play instantly when the game starts processing again.
Expected behavior:
The game works normally without stopping processing.
Additional notes:
I played today for about an hour, and this bug happened 4 to 5 times.
2 times I got kicked out.
2 times other players took the opportunity to kill me.
1 time I got kicked out of the server.
When this bug doesn’t happen, then MCPE-179572 happens instead.

Here you see a clip:
First, you notice the sound is gone (in this video, the sound isn’t available anyway).
Then, you notice that the block break particles aren’t there.
Then, you try to place the bed — it becomes invisible.

Request to Reopen:
This bug is not the same as MCPE-179572! The report at MCPE-179572 describes a frozen screen, while this report describes an issue where the screen does not freeze, but interaction with the world is interrupted.
These are two very different bugs that are not related to each other!
