Dead zone doesn't exist as a minecraft setting, dead zone allows for the game to ignore inputs at the edge of the controller getting closer to the center depending on how high you set it. I pay for minecraft and expect this setting exists if my controller is to have stick drift it is the job of a game I bought to ignore controller inputs around that area so my controller inputs are recognised correctly.
You have not made this setting and it is basically impossible for me to play mc - especially in the Inventory when my cursor keeps snapping to item slots every millisecond when I'm not even touching the left analogue stick
