Custom Worlds Pack's Missing!

I've purchased the "Minions World" pack a few years ago & I have never had a issue with it, until the most recent update took place. I have numerous reports of friend's & family having this same issue & are unable to access their world's after the update. I log-in to my "Minions"minecraft world thinking that everything is normal after the update, but all of a sudden I see that the texture,resourse,&behavior packs are missing. & I log-off of the world to see if it would be fixed, then it show's a "download packs" button so I press it, & it does completely nothing at all. I've sent out a ticket to the support team, & after that they have been completely rude! I may take legal action about this, given that I've purchased something that i dont own/havent-recieved. Can you please restore my game, & fix it.
