Android 15
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE 5G
One UI 7.0
Steps to reproduce:
After force closing, clearing data & cache, and completely uninstalling Minecraft, I re-downloaded Minecraft from the Google play store.
Minecraft loads up normal, I login to Microsoft account when prompted at first startup and skip to menu.
I confirm there are no worlds present in local world list.
I create a world
I go to “owned content” to select and create a world i purchased from marketplace
Before creating world, I do not attempt to change any settings.
I verify that resource packs are present
I verify that behavior packs are present
I select the green button to create the world.
The world generates and loads normally, no issues so far.
Save and quit world back to main menu.
There is no option to exit the game from within the app itself on android. I press the devices “home” button, and access the “recent apps” list and close all apps listed.
I re-open Minecraft and it starts up again, back to main menu.
I access the local world list, and go to the world I created before closing the app.
The world loads, but no NPCs are present and there is no UI prompt for the “adventure” that is part of the world. It is now unplayable.
I save and quit
Attempt to create new world, same steps as above were followed before generating world.
This time, the behavior packs is missing from the list. There are no active behavior packs, and none to activate.
Expected result: Accessing a previously created world without deleting any content from the app or device should allow the Creator's adventure to continue or load correctly as it did when world was first created with all associated packs.
Actual result: Downloaded a world from marketplace, created world, no issues present. Put the device down to return to it later. Issues presented upon loading Minecraft again and accessing the world created earlier. The world was there, but the NPCs associated with the downloaded pack were missing.
Screenshots attached. 1 & 2 were before I knew what to troubleshoot for.
After getting back on Minecraft to see if I could get it working, when trying to access a previously generated world from a marketplace creator pack, this message appears.
When clicking download all, this is the screen I get and it continues indefinitely.
This is showing that the behavior pack is present on a fresh Minecraft install and new world generation with the intended world from marketplace.
This showing that the pack is not present when trying to create another new world after having closed the app one time since screenshot #3.

Was coming here to report the same. Started on v1.21.90.3.
Describe the bug
Until v1.21.81, worlds with Resource Packs would load correctly.
Starting v1.21.90.3, they don't. When you open the world details, it says "This pack is missing". Even if we create a new world from scratch after downloading the pack, when reloading it will do the same.
It will show up in Storage > World Templates, but nothing more.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Marketplace, and select a free world/resource pack. In our case, "Grave Danger"
Click on Download.
Create World. Scroll down to "Resource Packs". See "This Pack is missing".
If it shows as existing, do create world, and after saving and reopening the game, it will show as missing. When prompted to download the assets afterwards, it won't download.
Expected behavior
The resource pack should remain accessible and show as existing.
Screenshots
You can temporarily fix this by uninstalling the template closing and reopening the game and then reinstall the template but you have to do that every time you want to play the map

Hoping it can be resolved. I’ve lost a lot to it. deleted worlds trying to fix, to no avail.
