Me too. I lost several worlds and lots of frustration trying to fix this. Still persists.
It doesn’t seem to be getting attention. Multiple other tickets about the same thing, just not all calling it the same. I will try and unify the tickets.
Same issue. “Download now” just starts “downloading screen” then gets stuck. never finishes.
I’ve lost all my worlds trying to fix it. reinstalled game, reinstalled packs, everything.

Same issue here for Bedrock realms! Very difficult to enjoy the game lately, paying for this service and we can't even use it:(
