I’m experiencing a repeated issue in Minecraft Bedrock on Android. After downloading and playing a Marketplace world (for example, Better on Bedrock), everything works fine at first. But after closing the app or waiting a while, the world no longer loads properly — it shows errors about missing assets, behavior packs, or resource packs.
This happens every time, even after reinstalling Minecraft completely. The problem returns again after some time, and I can’t play the worlds I paid for.
This seems to be related to either license syncing, local cache loss, or how the app stores purchased content. I already contacted support, but they only referred me to Google Play. I’m not trying to get a refund, I just want the content I paid for to work properly.
---
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reinstall Minecraft
2. Sign in to Microsoft/Xbox account
3. Download a Marketplace world
4. Play it – it works
5. Close the app or leave it idle
6. Reopen Minecraft – the world won’t load due to missing assets
---
Expected Result:
Purchased Marketplace content should remain playable even after closing and reopening the game.
---
Actual Result:
The game loses required packs or assets, and shows error messages when trying to open previously working worlds.

Device Info (Simplified):
Android device (Samsung Galaxy series)

Notes:
Issue affects multiple Marketplace worlds
Happens even with stable internet and account login
No manual access to Minecraft folders on Android
Marketplace Pass active
Already reported to support, no fix yet
Me too. I lost several worlds and lots of frustration trying to fix this. Still persists.
It doesn’t seem to be getting attention. Multiple other tickets about the same thing, just not all calling it the same. I will try and unify the tickets.
