Huge lag when u have over 20 worlds

I am having the same problem on my Samsung S2 tablet.
Also of note, and not sure if it's related to this issue, worlds that are relatively unexplored, seem fine during gameplay, but after going out more than 300 blocks from spawn, lag spikes happen about every 15 seconds.
