bedrock hotbar goes missing in world in single player if you go through a nether portal right while game is paused and screen animations is turned from on to off

I was going through the nether portal when I remembered to turn screen animations off but when I ended up in the over world with my hotbar is gone and closing and reopening the tab doesn’t do anything and neither does dying in the over world or going to the nether.(the first screen shot shows this isn't in spectator mode)
