Uninstall deletes all worlds

When you uninstall minecraft bedrock edition it deletes all of the worlds you have, i ran into a loading error due to having to restore my PC to a previous version and I uninstalled minecraft and reinstalled to get it to run and my world of 80+ hours is gone, my girlfriend is very upset at me and I really need minecraft to help me recover this file. I know I should have manually backed it up but no other game on my PC acts this way.
