If you are on iOS when you delete the game before it starts it say “You are about to uninstall this app, Which will wipe all data stored in it.”
Deleting the game removes all of your save data, including worlds. There is no way to get them back without specialized recovery tools, and even then, they'll likely be overwritten at least partially by newer data saved onto your PC.
Step by step to delete Minecraft game:
Place location in external place.

Make sure your have any backup this world (not games/com.mojang/minecraftworld place)
Delete this game
Results:
This game was deleted, but games file will be deleted due game and data was deleted. But world backup is not deleted.
I am also strongly advised to put file storage location: external, put the backup world to the dropbox / google drive, or copy the world every day / on a scheduled basis. This minimizes the loss of the world caused by reinstalling Minecraft.
Actually backup is NOT hard. Just use a full iCloud backup of the day before, if you still had Minecraft then. Also, you can save worlds to computers and everything else to your Microsoft account.
