the synchronization of my minecraft worlds is normally saved on my cloud xbox live, but after uninstalling and reinstalling minecraft bedrock in my pc, my worlds are no longer there and my screenshots are gone too, the game did not sync my game backup, what should i do ? (the pic are of my worlds before and after)

Only Xbox consoles have cloud saves. All other platforms store your worlds locally, so reinstalling the game will delete them. Unfortunately, this is not a bug (see MCPE-46028), and I don't believe there is a way to recover your worlds.
