[MCPE-223824] camera photograph in bedrock edition with weird brightness under vibrant visual mode

Steps to Reproduce:

Any of world editors that can edit inventory is required
Get camera item (minecraft:camera) in your world
Right click when you’re holding the camera item to take a photograph
You will see photographs in the file directory:
C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\screenshots\<Worldname>\

Observed Results:

The image of photographs should be what it appears in the world when you photographed

Expected Results:

The image of photographs was a vast of whiteness as if they were overexposed.
