Cannot move camera while holding down break/place buttons

Since a recent update (possibly around 1.21), it's no longer possible to smoothly move the camera while holding down the break or place button on mobile.

Previously, I could touch and hold the break button (which I set to be large), and slide my finger to move the camera at the same time.

Now, unless I move my finger outside the button area, camera movement doesn't occur. This breaks fluid building and PvP experience.

I play on Bedrock Edition (mobile / touch), and this change severely impacts the gameplay for players who rely on large buttons or single-hand operation.

Please consider reverting or giving us an option to allow camera movement while holding down touch buttons.
