Clouds Default to medium with vibrant visuals after game restart

Using Vibrant Visuals I set every settings to ultra It works in game but when i restart Minecraft bedrock, it resets only clouds to medium. This should not be happening and it could be an issue that can possibly happen with other settings. for me however its only clouds.
