Books have an item rarity of uncommon (has yellow text) whereas enchanted books have an item rarity of common (grey text)

Since around the time Minecraft updated item rarities, the normal book and enchanted book rarities have been swapped. It hasn't been fixed since. Pls fix, it's a little bit annoying to look at.
