The enchanted books have the wrong rarity color in the latest preview, considering they're enchanted, and it should be "Rare", not "Common".

According to the new guidelines they should have the Rare rarity:
When an item is enchanted, their rarity status is now increased depending on their base rarity
If the base rarity of an item is Common or Uncommon, it will become Rare when enchanted
If the base rarity of an item is Rare, it will become Epic when enchanted
If the base rarity of an item is Epic, it will stay Epic when enchanted

Java Edition's rarity seems to conflict with this assertion, as the Enchanted Book items in that version are Uncommon rarity.
Either Java Edition's rarity should be updated to Rare and that rarity is used here, or Bedrock should follow Java's lead and use the Uncommon rarity.
It would be wise to avoid unnecessary asymmetry between the two versions.

Java Edition rarity was fixed in 25w34a to Rare (MC-276931 ).
On Bedrock 1.21.110.25 Preview the rarity is still Common.
