The Issue:
Book is "Uncommon" rarity (yellow text), and enchanted book is "Common" (white text).
How to Fix:
It should be the opposite, like in Java. Book should be "Common", and enchanted book should be "Uncommon".
This has been an issue ever since the item rarity changes in 1.21.30.
