Can't update to latest on android 4.4.2

This is maybe an issue to Google Play Store and not to the game itself plus Android 4.4.2 is a little bit outdated Android version, try upgrading to newer Androids like Lollipop,Marshmallow or Nougat 🙂

I can't update there is no software update in the settings it says I'm latest do you know a way to get it otherwise

Are you sure MCPE still supports that Android version? If your device says it has the latest software, then it's clearly too old to get anything newer. It may be too old for MCPE. You may want to look up if the game supports that Android version.

Yes its because my device is no longer supported by anything so yeah that's what I thought ✌

OK I logged in to original account but, I experienced the glitch that I get on other apps. When I download it, it will not download. It comes up with a window that says I don't have enough space . Normally, there would be an empty bar at the top with the amount of space I need. I would have to check off apps to delete. But in this case, its filled up even though I haven't checked apps. When I press continue it does the same thing.

This happens with other apps as well.....

And I looked at the gplay reviews other people with the same device have the same issue

Sorry, based on the information you are providing, this not an issue with MCPE but something to do with your device and its software as you said this happens to other apps as well. I recommend contacting Google or other appropriate Company for support.
