HUGE Fullscreen Input Delay

When I exit my inventory(While in Fullscreen only) with my keyboard, there is a HUGE temporary input delay. It doesn’t have input delay using my controller, and it’s not my keyboard. I tested it on a couple of other keyboards. It’s the game itself! It’s incredibly frustrating!
