Flying in Hardcore Mode

So, I was just playing on my Hardcore world and then I saw that I can fly and I will take no fall damage. Hostile mobs don't even attack the player like I'm in Creative but then I saw that I can’t break fast like in creative by which I can dupe blocks which means that I'm neither in Creative nor in Survival Minecraft as you can see in the video. This glitch ruined my Hardcore world. I hope your team fix this glitch.
