Some of customers redeemed Minecraft DLC from Microsoft account, is not showing up with-in Minecraft market place, but it is showing up as not downloaded in Windows' OS online store

I have redeemed the Glow Squid Hoodie from Kellogg's cereal promotion but it is not showing up in the game as owned. It does show redeemed both on my Microsoft account and Windows 10 online store.

On an older account of mine the DLC that was bundled for the previous deluxe/ultimate promotional editions of Minecraft bedrock edition with-in Windows' OS store, before java and bedrock were sold together, does not show up with-in the game either.
