Hello please help me i was playing when i power outage suddenly happened and now i cant join the world this is the only world that dont work and its says this

MCPE-197900 When I load a world I get a notification saying Cloud Syncing has failed check internet connection and try again. I am connected to the internet just fine. Reopened
