[MCPE-224482] Switching graphics modes while holding a bamboo fence causes the UI to appear broken/corrupted

Steps to Reproduce:

Open a world
Put a bamboo fence in your hand
Go to Settings > Video and change the graphics mode to “Simple”, “Fancy”, or “Vibrant Visuals”
Observe the UI

Observed Results:

Various parts of the UI appear broken or corrupted.

Expected Results:

The UI should look normal.
