Please, Mojang, fix the cloud sync issues on Bedrock Edition. I already lost a 3-year-old world, and after finally deciding to start a new one a year ago—GUESS WHAT? It happened again (on Xbox). I’m writing this review here because there’s been no support or help from you to resolve this problem. Now I can’t even play my current world—it says ‘Sync cloud failed.’ The only place I can access it is in Minecraft Preview through the ‘recover retail worlds’ option, but that’s just the preview! Please help me recover my world. This is the second time it’s happened, and if it can’t be fixed, I’ll have to retire from the game for good.
This issue is being tracked at MCPE-197900. It should be fixed when 1.21.100 is released.
