Even though I have working WiFi, some skins are not loading including the “owned-skins”. I’ve closed Minecraft multiple times and still nothing appears.

The Animal Care skin pack has a misconfigured skins.json file, which is why it is loading infinitely. I'd suggest contacting the creator of the pack here so that they can fix it: https://nitricconcepts.com/contact/
