[MCPE-224698] Accessibility: Fish button is too small on 300 dpi screens

This is how players on mobile took to hard to fish. Using Infinix X6525 (Unisoc T606)

Craft a fishing rod
Go to a river.
Check that the fish button is too small.

I cannot see the problem. That is how the button should look.

I mean it's as small as a thumb. If I have a bigger finger, I cannot trigger a fish catch. Hope this will improve scalability of old UIs like the fish button similar to the boats/mounts.
