The particles generated by the breeze are in the wrong position.

I am not able to reproduce this. Do you have any resource packs enabled? If so, does the issue still occur if you disable them?

It appears this bug was unintentionally fixed in recent updates, as this bug was present at the time of publishing this report, and I didn't have any active resource packs. Please keep this report as resolved.
