When entering Minecraft I must double click on each option and button for it to run, when I want to slide the options I have to click and slide so that I can find the other options.
When playing, the game buttons are not affected, only the pause and main menu buttons.
The website or browser won't load the video I want to send.

This occurs when Text To Speech is enabled in Settings > Accessibility and is intentional. See MCPE-45499.
I just found the solution to the problem and the causes of the problem, to solve it you just have to delete the game cache and give the option to reset default values.
The option is found by entering settings from the main menu and sliding down to access accessibility.
What could be causing the error is the option to disable animations in Android configuration . My suspicions are based on the fact that even the Duolingo app doesn't run its animations.
