Narrator does not says "marketplace screen" when opening Marketplace with Text to Speech enabled

When you open Marketplace with Text to Speech enabled, it will immediately narrates the first highlighted button in the screen instead of saying the screen name first, which is "marketplace screen".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Settings > Accessibility, then enabled Text to Speech for UI

2. Open Marketplace

3. Observe what the narrator says

Expected results:
Narrator says "marketplace screen" first, then followed by the first highlighted button in the screen.

Observed results:
Narrator immediately narrates the first highlighted button in the screen.
