I can't upload my world to the realm

Every time I try to upload my world to the realm it kicks me out of the upload and says error , and maybe i thought it was because my world 900mb maybe but then it's also doing it to other worlds that I try to upload that are far less space ,I spent money 2 times to see if it works even talked to minecraft help and they couldn't help me please I wanna enjoy my realm not get ripped off again😢
