my multiplayer wont work no matter what i do i can not join servers realms or just my friend's worlds. i have triple checked my Minecraft account my xbox account and my Microsoft account all of my settings are perfectly good for multiplayer but i still cant use multiplayer i even tried delating my game and reinstalling it but multiplayer still wont work i have checked for new updates and if my network connection is good and everything is fine this isn’t an issue on my part and it needs to be fixed

I open the game and press play and it tells me multiplayer is disabled but no matter what I do it still doesn’t work
Also I am unable to press the join multiplayer button it turned grey I when I press it nothing happens
Does the “Multiplayer is disabled” message have a “Learn more” button? If so, what happens when you click on it?

Since this is also occurring in Java Edition, this is not an issue with the game but one with your Microsoft account. I'd recommend contacting Microsoft Support.
