Couldn’t click anything in mobile

When I load up Minecraft and it says, play, settings, and marketplace. For some reason I can’t click any of them. I’ll try for a few minutes trying to just click it and eventually it will let me but I can’t click into any worlds. It only does this on Minecraft and I looked through touch settings and found nothing. If I connect a controller to my mobile device it works perfectly but when I get in game, I still can’t click anything.
