Player Skin Uploader Doenst Work

When i try uploading my cusotm-made skin,it doesn’t work. i made 3 copies of it,to try and resize them to 64x128 and 64x64. No matter that,minecraft won’t let me upload it while these skin maker sites will let you upload it,and it will be perfect. (The skin is here if you want to upload it yourself to the sites.)
