A tiny gap on the hotbar

See the picture below. There is a tiny gap (1 bit width) on the hotbar. No resource pack was loaded.

I’ve found the specific condition making it happen: Screen Safe Area is set to 80.1. The problem above will not happen when this option is 100.0(default).
