[MCPE-225072] Sugar cane block appears slightly transparent with tiny dots when the camera passes through it

Sugarcane does not render correctly when near it, the block texture corrupts into tiny dots where the sugarcane should be. Only issue with sugarcane block entity, not item entites

However, this issue is Working as Intended.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
