Sugar Cane and UI

The first photo is of the sugarcane, which for some strange reason appears transparent. I tried restarting the game and restarting the PC, but nothing keeps appearing.

The second is of the graphical interface, which I don't know why it looks like that. I'm not playing with textures, nor does the world I'm playing in have textures, and the same thing happens to me as with the sugarcane. I tried restarting the game (several times) and nothing.
