(Realms) Piglins would not be interested in dropped gold ingots (all difficulties) and would only barter if directly interacted with, and their bartering would cancel if you leave and rejoin the server mid-barter and they would just be left holding the gold ingots. They do not drop the ingots upon being killed, either.
