Since 1.21.80, the panorama will now keep rotating instead of stop entirely while loading a Worlds, but as of 1.21.110.20 Preview it stop rotating again.
Steps to reproduce:
Enable Screen Animations: Settings > Video > Screen Animations
Join any worlds
Observe
Expected results:
Panorama keep rotating.
Observed results:
Panorama stop rotating.
